we are on a shared journey
Most of us are deeply moved by the mystery of life and the power of love.
We’re inspired by its eternal beauty and we give the best of ourselves in hope of creating a better, safer, more loving world…
We share a deep inner connection with each other, a love of nature and a vision for peace on Earth
but when we look out upon our world we see so much pain and suffering … when all we want is peace,
and when we look within, our mind is never at rest.
So we search for peace and happiness outside of ourself, in relationships, events and things,
unaware we have lost touch with the essence of who we are.

Years later after much study, practice with a Zen master and years of Soto Zen meditation I would recognize this as my first Kensho experience or brief encounter with my true nature…
the natural field of unified consciousness.
This is my ongoing journey and it inspires me to share it with you!
It is an investigation into our true nature…
combining my understanding and direct experience of Zen Meditation, Advaita Vedanta Vicara Self Inquiry and Higher Logic and Reasoning and what I call 24/7 Awareness meditation.
It is a bridge between our thoughts and feelings and the presence of conscious awareness in which they arise.
It begins with the delicate art of noticing…
