The Chrysalis Meditations & Awareness Exercises

Within us all is the pathway to peace and happiness, the transformational journey our world needs to become whole again. Finding our way back to peace and wholeness can be challenging because we have unwittingly identified our Self with beliefs and conditions that create fear, separation and war.

The Chrysalis Guided Meditations and Awareness Exercises are designed to give us the subtle but powerful tools necessary to pierce the veils that separate us from the essence of who we are and our deepest connection to each other.

In each Chrysalis session there is a nourishing guided meditation leading us into presence, followed by focused mind liberating exercises to build and tone the psychic muscles needed to recognize and dispel the illusions of the mind.
